My dress arrived with loose strings is this normal?Updated a month ago

Here at Baltic Børn, we have a curated collection of dresses that are either custom designed by the sisters of Baltic Børn or hand selected from brands and wholesalers we trust and work with. To eliminate multiple points of contact with the dress, we do not take the product out of the packaging it is sent in from the manufacturer. Because of this there can be strings left over from the manufacturing process.

We can assure you that most cases of loose strings do not lead to full seams coming apart--they may just need to be snipped at the source. This should be done gently without pulling.
