There is a Rewards button at the bottom left corner of our website. Click on Rewards and an icon will pop up. You can sign in with your Baltic Born account here and you will then see your points at the top right. You must have at least 500 points ($5

No, discount codes of any kind (including those redeemed from rewards points) are not stackable.
Can I get my points back if I return?

Typically after an order is placed, we are unable to retro actively apply rewards points.

No problem! Active codes can be found under the "Your Rewards" section of the website, usually located at the bottom left of the website.
Do I get the same discount when I exchange?
The only time a discount carries over on an exchange is when you are selecting the same item and color, but a different size. If you choose to "shop now" or return for store credit, the original discount code cannot be applied to a new order
Can I apply a new discount code toward my exchange?
No, discount codes or loyalty rewards cannot be used towards exchange orders. This includes sitewide sales active when initiating an exchange.
