To initiate an exchange, please follow this link.
You'll have the option to either selected the same style and color just a different size, a standard exchange, or "shop now" with your credit.
With instant exchanges, your new exchange order is placed immediately. This helps you get your items faster and guarantees that your items are in stock. We will retain your credit card information until we receive your return items (kind of like booking a hotel). You’ll only be charged for the amount not covered by your returned items if your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days of submitting. *Instant Exchanges are subject to general fulfillment and shipping timeframes
When selecting standard exchange, your new items will enter the fulfillment process once your original items are returned. If the chosen exchange items have sold out, store credit will be issued instead.
- Please note an item can only be eligible for one exchange. If the exchanged item needs to be returned, store credit will be issued.
Orders placed outside the US are not eligible for exchange
