Please use the free return label to return your items. At this time we are unable to accept in person drop-offs.

Does Baltic Born offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. All qualifying returns within the United States will receive free return shipping, and will be issued store credit.

Can I use another discount toward my exchange?

No, discount codes can not be used towards exchange orders.

Do I get the same discount when I exchange?

The only time a discount carries over on an exchange is when you are selecting the same item and color, but a different size. If you choose to "shop now" or return for store credit, the original discount code cannot be applied to a new order.
