To initiate a return or exchange, please follow this link to our Returns Portal. Enter your order number and zip code. From there, you will select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and choose your preferred return method. Once you've completed the process, you'll see a page with either the Return Bar QR code/ packing slip or your Shipping Return label—just download and print it. We’ll also send the return instructions to your email for added convenience.
