Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date for refunds, or within 30 days for exchanges or store credit. Each return is subject to a $10 shipping fee unless “Package Protection + Return Shipping” was purchased on the original order.
To initiate a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, please follow this link to our Returns Portal. Enter your order number and zip code. From there, you will select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and choose your preferred return method. Once you've completed the process, you'll see a page with either the Return Bar QR code/ packing slip or your Shipping Return label—just download and print it. We’ll also send the return instructions to your email for added convenience.

-All refunds are subject to a $10 restocking fee that is not covered by our “Package Protection + Return Shipping” policy. This fee will be waived for customers who elect to receive store credit or an exchange in lieu of a monetary refund.
