Refunds to installment plansUpdated a month ago

When a purchase using an installment plan such as Shop Pay, Klarna or Affirm, our returns portal will automatically set up the return to be refunded to original payment.

Once the refund is issued, this should reflect back within 10 business days (but can take up to 30 days). The refund will cover the remaining balance on the loan and any remaining amount is then typically issued back to you the customer. 

Please note: Once a refund is issued to the the installment carrier, we are unable to see details of the refund or loan amount. Please reach out to the servicer.
