Orders purchased on or after January 1, 2026: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for exchange, gift card, or refund. Returns postmarked after this timeframe, or that otherwise do not meet the criteria of our return policy, are not eligible to be returned and will not be accepted. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

-All returns are subject to a $10 (for US orders, cost of label for Canada) shipping charge unless “Free Return Shipping & Package Protection” was purchased on the initial order. 

-All refunds are subject to a $10 restocking fee that is not covered by our “Free Return Shipping & Package Protection” policy. This fee will be waived for customers who elect to receive store credit or an exchange in lieu of a monetary refund.
