If your package was marked as delivered but has not arrived (OR is stuck in transit with no updates): Please reach out to the shipping carrier and/or your local post office for more detailed information about delivery. If they do not have any info for you, and if you have still not received your package after 6 business days of it being marked as "delivered," or at least 10 days from the most recent carrier update, please reach out to [email protected]. You must start a claim regarding this issue within 30 days of your package being marked as delivered (or the last tracking update). Please be aware once a claim is opened, if we do not receive a response within 30 days the claim will be closed, and we will not be compensating for any missing packages regardless of Package Protection.
