Any product damage must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery for standard shipping orders or 7 days for order shipped with express.
To get started on a damage claim, please follow this link to our Returns Portal. Please note, we will need a clear photo of the damage or defect as well as a photo of the care tag (small interior tag- lists wash instructions) attached to the item.
