What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Klarna and Shop Pay as payment methods. Please note that we also offer "Express Checkout" alternatives through Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay and Venmo which will direct you to that 3rd party payment

How do I modify/cancel an order?

We’re unable to cancel or edit orders once they've been submitted as orders are transferred to our warehouse immediately. Please be sure to double-check all information at checkout before submitting your order.

Can I change my payment method once my order is placed?

Our payment system will not allow changes to payment methods once the order is placed. If you are needing to use a different payment method on your already placed order please reach out to [email protected].

What if I need to change my billing information?

As a fraud prevention precaution, our transactional system Shopify doesn't allow us to make any sort of edit to payment methods after an order is placed. Not to worry though, if an order confirmation email was received, this mean the order processed
