We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT for returned items and DO NOT issue refunds to the original method of payment.

Customers have 30 days from the time of delivery to return item(s) and any items marked as "FINAL SALE" are NOT eligible for return or exchange, regardless of "Free Return Shipping + Package Protection" purchase.

You can expect your store credit will be issued in USD via email within 5-10 business days of delivery of your return back to our warehouse / (as soon as the label associated with your return is scanned into transit!).  Store credit will expire after 12 months of issue date.
