We ONLY offer STORE CREDIT for returned items and DO NOT issue refunds to the original method of payment. Customers have 30 days from the time of delivery to return item(s) and any items marked as "FINAL SALE" are NOT eligible for return for store cr

Can I make an exchange?

Do you accept in-person return drops offs?
Yes! If you are local to the Utah County area, there is an option for pick up for store credit returns. Unfortunatley, this is not an option for exchanges.
Does Baltic Born offer refunds?
No, we do not offer refunds. All qualifying returns will receive store credit if returned and not exchanged.
Can I use another discount toward my exchange?
No, discount codes can not be used towards exchange orders.
Do I get the same discount when I exchange?
The only time a discount carries over on an exchange is when you are selecting the same item and color, but a different size. If you choose to "shop now" or return for store credit, the original discount code cannot be applied to a new order.
